Service Agreement

Protect your investment with your three-year extended service agreement for new and in-use Pulse/Digital Delay Generators.

Coverage Start Date:

For new shipments, coverage begins on the date of shipment. For systems in current use, coverage begins on the initial contract date, and is subject to product inspection and product enhancement to current revision level.

Annual Calibration

To arrange for return of a system for annual calibration using NIST Traceable Standards, contact the Berkeley Nucleonics Corp. Customer Service Department at 800.234.7858.

Unlimited Tech Support

At Berkeley Nucleonics Corp., we understand that the nature of your work is application specific. While our manuals and online documentation will address many issues, our application engineers are available to assist you with the unique challenges of your work.

Repair

Should your Pulse/Delay Generator fail while in use, contact Berkeley Nucleonics Corp. for a priority return authorization. The unit will be repaired and returned expeditiously.

Calibration certificates avaiable.

Firmware/Software Upgrades

Additional operating modes and functional refinements, operating system upgrades, Labview drivers and other firware/software items will be made readily available.
